Mr. Padmarajan has over 45 years of experience in Finance, Taxation, Legal and Administrative functions. Since its inception, he has been associated with Magnum Group and has served in many capacities across incubation units and has significantly contributed to the success of Magnum Group.

He is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience for over four decades in the manufacturing and export sector. During his tenure, Mr. Padmarajan has been instrumental in leading several excellence programs, mainly the transformation journey of Magnum Pharmatech and Magnum Fibres in the field of cost leadership and corporate governance.

His inimitable leadership style, combined with sharp business acumen, drives a strong focus on commercial transformation and sustainable development within the company. Under his leadership, Magnum Group has been recognized for its sustainability initiatives and corporate excellence programmes towards environmental welfare.

Mr. Padmarajan also drives a strong focus on health & safety within the company. He has played a pivotal role in successfully improving the company's safety standards and of everyone associated with it.

While his forte lies in driving business impacts, he is also actively involved in various international & national forums such as Magnum Lions Forum and MDB Trust.
