With over 23 years of expertise, Mr. Yashwant Kumar is well-versed in the sea food industry. He is proficient in Business Operations - production, quality control, international marketing as well as administrative duties. In addition to holding numerous certifications, including BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, ASC/MSC (Plant & Farms), BAP (Plant & Farms), HACCP, SEDEX, FSSAI, Organic certificates, HALAL, GOI, and others, he has created systems in several marine food companies.
He started his career with Bell Foods, worked with Liberty Group of Companies, West Coast Group and IFB Agro Industries. His business and industry knowledge has held him in excellent state throughout his career.
Yashwant has an MBA with a focus in marketing, an MSC in TQM, and a bachelor's degree in fishing. Additionally, he has completed multiple industrial and quality management trainings. He is enthusiastic in learning new things and loves to read journals and watch cricket.
