Mrityunjay Sahu has bachelor's degree in civil engineering from NIT Rourkela in 2009. After which, he has pursued his PhD from University of Sydney and University of Canterbury in waterbodies remediation by using non-linear control systems. He was research associate for a short period at the California Institute of Technology in the department of control and dynamic systems. He has expertise in complex control system development for natural resource management, photonics, artificial intelligence, water and aquaculture chemistry. He has collaborations with research organizations such as CSIRO, Australia, Research Productivity Council, Canada, ICAR-CIBA, India, Indian Oil R&D. He has raised grants and investments from 9 ministries from government of India for development of intelligent systems for solving crucial issues related to aquafarming, waste water treatment and natural waterbodies management. So far, more than 30 patents national and international patents are his key contributions. He is currently involved in development of systems for indoor and outdoor crustacean farming by using robotics, AI/ML, Blockchain and deep understanding of biological and environmental issues.
